VIP Standard Operating Procedure

      Arrival:

• • Greeter will meet the party of aircraft side upon arrival.
  • The party will be assisted through Customs primary line entering Australia (if applicable)
  • The greeter can assist with up to 1 x baggage trolley (approx. 3 large suitcases).
  • The party will be escorted through Immigration (if applicable) and out to the chauffeur/delegate or to connecting flight departure.
  • A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.

      Departure:

• • Greeter will meet the party kerbside when they arrive at the airport
  • The Greeter can assist with up to 1X baggage trolley (approx 3 large suitcases).
  • VIP group will be assisted to the relevant check in counters and then through to the airline lounge (if applicable)
  • Agent will return to the lounge at an agreed time and escort the group through to the appropriate boarding gate.
  • A handling report will be provided along with a tax invoice.

WHAT WE REQUIRE PRIOR TO VIP MEET

• Names and passport scans of all VIP’s travelling
• Flight number / dates of travel/ Class of Travel
• Chauffeur/meeting person’s contact details (regardless whether arrival or departure service)
• At least 24 hours’ notification for any changes to service requirements (additional charges apply with changes within 24 hours of service)
