To or from your gate, your personal agent will fast track you through the airport.

Pax will be accompanied by an agent from the airport’s entrance or aircraft door, all the way through the immigration process and customs.

Directly from your aircraft gate one of our agents will fast track you through immigration, security, and customs formalities into the baggage collection area then into arrivals.

Pearl Assist staff will wait for the passenger at the disembarkation arrival entrance/bus drop off point or at the end of the arrivals bridge depending on the flight.

Passenger names will be displayed on an iPad.

The guest will then be escorted through the Airport formalities via dedicated counter / fast track for fast clearance at immigration.

After the Arrival clearance formalities are completed the guest will be escorted and assisted through baggage pick up and customs fast track and handed over to the meeting party or left to go on their own arrangements as preferred after exiting the arrivals hall.

  1. For VISA ASSISTANCE and MEET & ASSIST on arrival, all passengers are required to send their valid passport copies to
  2. All bookings must be fully paid for at least 72hs prior to arrival.
  3. Booking confirmations will be sent to the passenger up to 24hrs prior to arrival.

If the Pearl Assist service is cancelled, a refund will be available as follows:

  1. if the Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the confirmed service time a 100% refund will apply
  2. if the Cancellation is made between 48 and 24hours before the confirmed service time a 50% refund will be applied
  3. if the Cancellation is made within 24 hours of the confirmed service time no refund will be applicable
  4. Amendment can be done 2 hours prior to the service schedule and less than 2 hours will be considered as "No-Show".         
  5. No Shows or Service declined for whatever reason will be charged at 100%.
  6. Any refund due to passenger will be paid within 30 days of the date on which the booking was cancelled.
  7. Please note: When products are booked with a promotional code; no refunds can be given.             
  8. In the event of disruption caused by natural phenomena including, but not limited to, volcanic activity and adverse weather conditions, our normal cancellation and refund terms will apply.
  9. Pearl Assist services are non-transferrable.
