Service Description:

• Greeting in front of the jet bridge or curbside
  Note: If the aircraft is parked to airbridge, the greeter shall be waiting at the end of the airbridge with name-board. In case of the aircraft is parked to open gate positions (Not airbridge), all passenger come to terminal building by buses and the greeter shall be waiting at the entrance of terminal building.
• Buggy Limousine service in the Terminal
  Note: Buggy car can be used from airbridge exit till passport control area (If needed to enter to Turkey in order to collect luggages and re-check in), then buggy car shall be used again at departure floor after re-check in and passport control on departure floor.
• In case of no need to enter Turkey (Luggages must be connected till last destination), buggy car shall be used on arrival and departure floors. There can be some short walking distance.

  Note: Lounge is located after passport control area (for domestic flights, after second security check) for international flights. • We use IG Lounge at IST airport, if the passenger choose to stay at Turkish Airlines lounge (Only TK Platinum card or Business passenger right), our service shall be end at TK lounge entrance because of TK has own boarding gate for all flights and no other staff is not allowed to enter inside.
