Service Description:

• Welcoming at Airport terminal entrance
  Note: Passenger or his/her driver contact number must be given to our side in order to call and 
  inform regarding meeting point at terminal entrance. 4-5 hours before than departure time, the 
  passenger or his/her driver shall be called by our staff.
• Passengers must be showed up at airport entrance minimum 2 hours before than departure time. 
  We do not guarantee to provide service, if the passenger is showed up at Airport 5 or more hours 
  before than departure time.
• Buggy Limousine service in the Terminal
  Note: Buggy car can be used from passport control (from second security control for domestic flights)
  till boarding gate.

  Note: Lounge is located after passport control area (for domestic flights, after second security check) 
  for international flights. If the passengers have time to stay in the lounge, our greeter staff inform 
  the passengers regarding pick up time from lounge and all passengers must be showed up at pick up 
  time at entrance of the lounge.
  
  We use IG Lounge at IST airport, if the passenger choose to stay at Turkish Airlines lounge (Only TK 
  Platinum card or Business passenger right), our service shall be end at TK lounge entrance because of 
  TK has own boarding gate for all flights and no other staff is not allowed to enter inside.
