Our Al Maha Services Hostess will take customers (a maximum of 2 adults, 3 children as family members) to the Al Maha Services Arrivals Lounge** to relax and unwind while immigration formalities are taken care of. Porter services at the baggage claim area will be provided and customers will be escorted until their receiving party.

You will need to call us via +974 558 036127 or +974 55801713 at least 30 minutes before your arrival, so that we arrange our Meet & Assist service. You will then receive your priority check-in and be invited to our lounge for assistance with immigration formalities. You will be escorted to your respective boarding gate upon departure.
