Hong Kong Airport Fast Track:

·         Chaperon transit services, which can be between two flights (Air ↔ Air) or between a flight and a ferry (Air ↔ Sea), are considered two way services i.e. one arrival and one departure.
·         Air ↔ Air: chaperon will meet your guests at the arrival gate of the flight and then escort them to the immigration security check for transfer. Escort to the departure hall and then to either airline lounge or boarding gate.
·         Air ↔ Sea: chaperon will meet your guests at the arrival gate of the flight / ferry and then escort them to the immigration security check for transfer. Approach to the ferry agent counter for luggage check-in and escort to the departure hall / Skypier then to either airline lounge or boarding gate / Skypier boarding gate.
·         In case of any delay of inbound flight / ferry, we will make our best effort to assist your guests but we cannot guarantee that they can catch their onward flight / ferry on time. WFS has no responsibility for the guests missing their connecting flight / ferry.
